Symptoms of anxiety and depression are commonly found among heart patients, and research indicates that these mental health conditions can lead to negative outcomes in this patient population. Previous studies on traditional treatment approaches have yielded limited results. To address this gap, we aim to evaluate a new psychological intervention for heart patients with anxiety and depression. We have scheduled a larger randomized study to commence in 2022 to further investigate the effectiveness of this intervention.
